ABOUT US
Meet Keeks
I’ve dedicated my life to sport, beginning with hockey as a young girl. After starting in boys’ leagues, I transitioned to girls’ hockey and worked hard to reach higher levels of competition. I represented my zone at the Alberta Winter Games, competed for Team Alberta at the Canada Winter Games, and proudly wore the Team Pacific jersey before earning a four-year scholarship to Minnesota State University Mankato, where I played NCAA hockey. Softball offered similar opportunities. I also attended the Alberta Summer Games and Canada Summer Games, with chances to play at university, but I chose to focus on hockey.
I’ve continued competing at a high level as an adult, including with Team Canada slo-pitch. Sports have shaped who I am, offering incredible people, experiences, life lessons, and an education. I’m passionate about giving back by helping young girls and women chase their goals—on the ice, in the gym, or on the diamond. I focus on building lasting confidence that extends into life, teaching them to get comfortable in the uncomfortable, where real growth happens in sport and beyond. My hope is that every athlete leaves with a little more swag and self-belief than when we met.
“I’m grateful for the platform we’ve built to develop strong, confident women—the world needs them now more than ever”
